Abigail represented us as buyers’ agent on a new home under construction purchase after several weeks and trips to Santa Fe looking for an existing home in Santa Fe. Abby and her team went above and beyond to identify and show us properties that fit our specifications. The extremely strong sellers’ market in Santa Fe was especially challenging since we were out of state buyers and insisted on seeing before buying a home. This meant that many homes went under contract before we could see them.
Abby worked well with my attorney to draft the contract that fully protected our rights and set out the obligations of the builder/seller. Over the next 6 months there were numerous construction delays and issues that challenged everyone but with Abby’s help, my contract ensured we got the house under the agreed terms. Abby’s ability to keep the ship on course during very rough seas is a credit to her professionalism and experience.
