Abby then took the time (6 – 8 months) to allow me to get educated on areas of town, relative pricing ranges, and other key items to Santa Fe’s market. This was further complicated by the low inventory.
As we finally got to bidding and ultimately winning the bid for a new home, Abby then continued to separate herself as an agent. She coached and guided me through the process, ensured I was protected and always knew my options, and helped me close on a wonderful property.
