As a radon mitigator, I love collaborating with Abigail. She’s detailed, conscientious, timely, and great at anticipating problems that I and her clients might encounter. Radon is always a touchy subject given that it doesn’t trigger the senses, but I appreciate Abigail’s habit of alerting me early that a house has a problem in order to give me plenty of time to remediate. Best of all, when mitigation takes longer than expected, she keeps everyone calm by making sure all are informed and giving me the space to do my best work without rushing.
