After wasting a year with another agent, we contacted Abby. She immediately talked realistically about our price and cosmetic work that would be beneficial. As that work was being accomplished Abby had more showings for us than we had the previous year, and had an offer to present to us. Because we were out of state, she found someone to help with the repairs, and because we were uptight with worry, her calm manner helped us get through the negotiations, inspections and negotiations.
